- Non-Utah residents tuition is $40,000 USD for the 45 credit hour degree for classes taken at the Asia Campus. This represents a savings of $10,000 - $23,000 USD depending on the number of credit hours per semester and time to completion. Non-Utah residents and international students enjoy the same high quality program, faculty, coursework and degree at a special tuition rate.

The Division of Public Health MPH, MSPH, PhD and certificate programs are approved for the Western Regional Graduate Program (WRGP) resident tuition rate.
