United States Visa Information
Korean Student Visa Requirements:
- Types of Visa: Student
- For Visa Application, please email Josué Martinez.
- For multiple choice questions, you must check all that apply.
- Valid Passport (must have at least 6 months of validity left and have at least 2 blank visa pages) and a colored copy of passport biographic page.
- 1 Passport Photo (1.377 inch x 1.771 inch) glued on Section # 1 (personal details), left side of the visa application form.
- Photos must be taken against a plain, evenly lit and light background, without any mark or creases
- Photos must be taken within the last 6 months
- You can obtain the passport size photographs from Wal-Mart, Walgreens, or Costco.
- ORIGINAL Certificate of Admission issued by the college or university. You will receive this from Josué Martinez.
- Recent Bank Statement
- Copy of Transcript
- Non US citizens must also submit a copy of : valid US permanent resident card or (a) valid U.S. visa (b) I-94 record (www.cbp.gov/i94) (c) I-20 or DS-2019 that has been recently signed for travel (F-1/2 and J-1/2 visa)
- There are two types of visas: one is single entry, the other is multiple entry. If you would like to travel outside of South Korea during your studies at the UAC, you will need a multiple entry visa. Please make a note on your visa application if you need a multiple entry visa.
