Kelly Aldridge

Kelly is the Administrative Manager for the Divisions of Family Medicine and Physician Assistant Studies. She is responsible for assisting with business operations in the Family Medicine and Physician Assistant Studies programs including faculty and staff onboarding, accounting, and human resource management.

Kelly has 20 years of experience working at the University of Utah. She likes to travel and spend time with her grandchildren. She also likes to attend the Utah Football games…Go Utes!

Amy Amann

Amy is the Associate Director of Clinical Education for the Divisions of Family Medicine and Physician Assistant Studies. She is responsible for the administration and management of Family Medicine and Physician Assistant Studies programs including oversight of clinical operations, clinical training programs, budget and finance, strategy and development, and human resource management. She received her MBA from the University of Utah and has many years of experience in healthcare administration with operations, management, program development, compliance, contracting, and revenue integrity. Amy is originally from Colorado, and in her spare time she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time outdoors hiking, biking, and snowshoeing with her family.

Ashley Crompton

Ashley manages the daily aspects of the Medical Student Education Program, including the 3rd year clerkship, 4th year Sub-Internship and other 3rd and 4th year electives, and helps to obtain and manage all adjunct faculty appointments for preceptors as well as affiliation agreements with clinical sites. She also oversees the Family Medicine Interest Group (FMIG). Ashley has a bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Studies from the U and has been working in healthcare for the past 15 years. Ashley enjoys hiking, skiing and going on adventures with her two rescue dogs, Hudson and Walker.

Karen Kriegbaum

Karen works with the Division of Family Medicine. Her responsibilities include supporting the Family Medicine Division Chief. She also assists Family Medicine faculty with meetings, reimbursements, travel, and expense tracking. Her professional experience includes office administration, support, sales and customer service in multiple industries - helping out with whatever needs to be done to get the job done. Her passions are travel, music, plays, laughter and dogs. She loves being with old friends and new (bonus when she can bring along her dog). The common thread being interaction with people: helping, supporting, learning and meeting people. The opportunity to show kindness enriches her life and fills her with happiness.

Heather McComber

Heather works with staff and faculty in the Division of Family Medicine. Her responsibilities include working with the Division Chief to maintain the division budget, overseeing the hiring and training of academic staff, and assisting in the day-to-day operation of Family Medicine. Heather earned her MBA in 2022 and is now turning her education efforts to learning the piano. When not at work you can find Heather reading, singing, biking, at the theater, or spending time with her family.

Becky Reynolds

Becky is the administrative manager of clinical programs in the Division of Family Medicine. She oversees faculty clinic schedules, including call and OB, faculty dashboards and policies and procedures. She works with the PCMH, APC, Insomnia and SEE groups and assists with community outreach and Million Heart efforts. Becky joined the University of Utah in 1998 and has over 15 years experience in higher education. She received her Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development from Utah State University.

Nicolle Sadeghi

Nicolle's responsibilities include working with the Program Director to maintain residency accreditation through ACGME, organizing the recruitment and orientation of incoming interns, and assisting the Program Director, Assistant Program Directors, and residents with day-to-day tasks. She also assists the Associate Director of Clinic Education and Operations with the residency budget and allocations. She received her bachelor's degree in health administration from Weber State University and is currently pursuing a Masters in Health Administration. Before this, she worked as a coordinator for a non-profit, Youth Impact that helps at-risk youth in Ogden and neighboring cities. She is passionate about helping others through community advocacy, diversity, and equality. She is first generation with both her parents born in Mexico. When she’s not working you can find her baking fresh bread and desserts, playing with her corgi Honey, or exploring with her husband. She enjoys traveling, playing sports, and collecting sneakers.

Erika Van Hove

Erika's title is Administrative Assistant working in the Family Practice and Physician Assistant area reporting to Kelly Aldridge. She is originally from Minnesota, graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, and has also lived in California, Oregon, British Columbia, and Illinois. She has a background in a variety of industries and roles such as Marketing and Market Research in Food Service, Financial Services, Mining, and a few others. While new to Academia and Health Services she is nonetheless excited for the new challenges, friends and experiences she knows she will find here. She is married, a mother of two daughters and grandmother of two lively grade schoolers. She enjoys books and book clubs, Netflix and its cousins, and loves to get together for laughs with her family and friends as often as possible.
