Couples Health Aging, Rhythms and Sleep Study (CHARMS Study)
We are currently enrolling healthy couples for a study to learn how sleep in couples affects each other’s sleep and memory over a 2-year period. Virtual visits only, no overnights. Participants will be compensated for their time.
You may qualify if you:

- 50 years or older
- Are married or living with a romantic partner for at least 1 year
- have noticed changes to your memory as you have gotten older

Sleep Technology Intervention to Target Cardiometabolic Health (STITCH Study)
We are currently enrolling healthy men and women for a study to learn if sleep coaching can improve the risk factors for heart disease, such as blood pressure. Outpatient visits only, no overnights. Participants will be compensated for their time.
You may qualify if you:

- 18-65 years of age
- Sleep less than 7 hours a night
- Have a blood pressure higher than 120/80

New Wearable Device for the Treatment of Insomnia
We are currently enrolling healthy men and women for a study that looks to see if a wearable device can promote sleep quality for those looking to improve their sleep. Those who participate will wear this device around their neck for a month. We will use a Fitbit wristband and some survey questions to see if wearing the device is helping. Participants will be compensated for their time.
You may qualify if you are:

- 18-65 years of age
- Have moderate to severe insomnia
- Willing to wear a band around your neck for 3 hours a day for a month
