Tiffany Ho Selected as Fellow for UUH Academy of Health Science Educators

Tiffany Ho, MD, assistant professor (clinical) for the Division of Family and Community Medicine, was selected by the University of Utah Academy of Health Science Educators (AHSE) to become a Fellow of the Academy.

AHSE is a service program dedicated to supporting all health sciences faculty with the mission to foster continuous growth in teaching and learning, ultimately benefiting learners. Fellows are recognized as outstanding educators in their field and advocate for excellent education in their departments, colleges, and the larger University of Utah Health. Fellows' participation may include leading workshops, serving as mentors, and being reviewers for membership applications.

“I am excited to bring my passion for education, innovation, and mentorship to AHSE. My goal is to foster a culturally sensitive, evidence-based approach in healthcare through targeted curriculum and workshops, which support future healthcare providers in delivering competent, inclusive care,” said Ho. “I want to specifically thank Karly Pippitt for encouraging me to pursue this fellow application."

Dr. Ho will be formally recognized at the Academy of Health Science Educators Induction Ceremony on April 14, 2025, and will begin her membership on a renewable five-year term through April 2030.
