Family & Community Medicine Announces New Leadership Roles
We are excited to announce some changes to the leadership team within the Division of Family and Community Medicine which will take place July 1, 2025.
Karly Pippitt, MD has been appointed as the new Associate Division Chief of Family and Community Medicine. The Associate Division Chief position provides essential support to the administration and operations of the division. Dr. Pippitt brings a wealth of experience and dedication in all three missions (clinical, education, and scholarship) to her new role, and we are confident her inclusion in the leadership structure will advance the division’s mission of providing exceptional clinical care, support for the community, and residential training.
With Dr. Pippitt’s appointment, she will be stepping down as Medical Director for Family Medicine at the Sugar House Clinic. Scott Hall, MD will be taking on this role, continuing his record of leadership success in the division. Dr. Hall's expertise and commitment to patient-centered care and excellence in Sports Medicine make him an excellent fit for this position, and we look forward to the positive impact he will have on the clinic and its patients.
Join us in congratulating Dr. Pippitt and Dr. Hall on their new roles and supporting them as they embark on these exciting new chapters in their careers.
